Cancellation & Refund Policies
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. Bullokart will take a decision on the cancellation request based on the current order status among other factors. For example, if a purchase from the vendor has been initiated or if the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
- Cancellation requests will also not be approved for products that are listed under Special Orders as these are customised orders and processing will be initiated immediately.
- Refund/Replacement requests will be considered only if the request is made to the Bullokart customer service team within 12 hours of receiving delivery of the item. The reasons for example could be an incorrect item was shipped, or the product has gone bad. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate information (including [email protected] 9741477875 by Whatsapp or through Email at [email protected]) to help Bullokart take a decision. There will be no refund if the taste of the product is not to the customer’s liking or if the customer thinks it is not good enough as long as the product is within expiry date.
- In case of receipt of damaged product, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 12 hours of receipt of the shipment. The Customer should provide adequate information (including [email protected] 9741477875 by Whatsapp or through Email at [email protected]) so Bullokart can take it up with the Courier company. Bullokart will provide refund/replacement to the customer in case of a positive decision.
- No Cancellation, Refund or Return will be acceptable for delay in Delivery of the product as it is not in the control of Bullokart
- For product replacements, the customer will be shipped a new packet of the same product. In case the same product is not available, an equivalent product will be shipped after discussion with the customer.
- Bullokart will usually process refunds within 1-2 business days after a refund request is approved. The request is then passed on to our Payment Gateway partner, they have advised it takes them 7-10 business days to process the refund.
- There is no Return option for Food products if the taste is not good/customer is no more interested in using it, or the taste of the product is not to the customers liking, unless it has crossed Expiry date.
- If the product has crossed Expiry date and buyer brings it to the notice of Bullokart.com customer service (including [email protected] 9741477875 by WhatsApp or through Email at [email protected]) within 12 hours a replacement/refund will be provided.
- Bullokart accepts Return of Garments, Handicrafts and House Decorative items upon below mentioned circumstances
(In case of garment) Please note that it is difficult for the producer organisations to support the return/replacement requests for minor color differences as all the products are Hand made using Natural colors.

- Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these.
- Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.
- In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount.
**Once your return request is approved, please “Courier back” to the address provided by customer support team. Buyers should retain the proof of dispatch and confirm the receipt of products returned with customer support team.
