2. How to cancel my order?
- Cancellation of Order is allowed only if the cancellation is done before the shipping has been done.
- In case of Cancellation try to cancel the product within 12 hours to avoid unnecessary cost.

3. How to make a special order?
- Products listed under Special Products are customized products the images are just to represent the product.
- To Order Products mentioned in Special Orders kindly write to us at [email protected] with Subject “Special Order”

4. How to search, select and order a product?
- You can browse the products through selecting the Headers mentioned in the menu which will take you to the particular Category.
- Select the product from the category which will lead to the product page where Product Description and Attributes will be listed along with Price and Reviews of the product. Here you can increase/decrease the quantity and select the option “Add to Cart”.
- To add more products to the Cart you can follow the above step, or else to buy the selected product you can select View Cart option popped up in the Product page or Select Cart icon in the Main Bar.
- Once you Visit your Cart still there will be an option to Increase or Decrease the quantity of your Order and Select Update my Cart.
- Coupon Option is applicable whenever you get Discount Coupons from Bullokart.com
- Please Read our Terms and Conditions and select the Box to confirm you Accept our Terms and Conditions
- Once you finalize your Cart please select Place Order which will direct you to Billing page
- If you are Registered and logged in your Billing details will be Auto Filled, if you want to change the Billing address it is also allowed.
- Billing Address and Shipping Address could be different or same. If the Shipping Address is as same as Billing address kindly” Deselect the Box with Right mark below Shipping Address”
- If Shipping Address is different than Billing Address Kindly Select the box below Shipping Address heading and fill in the details required.
- Once the Billing and shipping Address section is completed at the end of same page you can find the Payment Options through which you can select the Payment mode required
5. How to track my order?
- Login to your account and visit to your Account page. At your Account page there will be a option to Track the Order which will direct you to the Courier companies website where you can Track you Order with the Tracking ID provided by Bullokart.com through E-Mail
- To have instant updates, at your account page select Orders and then select View option located in the right hand side. This will lead you to your Order detail and at the Top of Order details you can find the Status of your Order
6. How will I know that my order is confirmed?
- Once you select the product and opt your Payment option and Complete Ordering process you will get a notification in the Website of your Order confirmation
- Once the Order process is completed you will receive an Email at your registered E-mail ID/to the E-mail ID you have mentioned in the billing details
- If you are a registered member you can always Log in and check your Order details at Order section
7. How to return the product?
Products that are wrongly shipped/Damaged could be returned back to us by writing an E-mail to [email protected] or call us at +919535622758.
